Follow the prompts on your screen to allow it to open.

Depending on your computer's settings, the zip file will:
1) create a new electronic file folder on your desktop (unless you or your system choose another location for the file), or

2 it will open the file and allow access to all the documents located in the file.

If your system:
1) creates a new file folder:
~ click on the new file to open it.
~ open the TOC.doc file; this is the Table of Content for the handbook. From this document, you will be able to access all the parts of the handbook, including the forms. This newly created file folder includes links to forms within the handbook, as well as links to web addresses.

If your system:
2) opens the link and allows access to all of the documents and folders within the handbook:
~ extract the files (downloads the items),
~ follow the prompts on your screen to save them into a new file,
~ open the TOC.doc file; this is the Table of Content for the handbook. From this document, you will be able to access all the parts of the handbook, including the forms. This newly created file folder includes links to forms within the handbook, as well as links to web addresses.

If your system:
3) opens the link and allows access to all of the documents and folders within the handbook, you may also:
~ copy all of the documents from the new browser that just opened,
~ create a new electronic folder in your file system,
~ paste the documents within the newly created folder,
~ open the TOC.doc file; this is the Table of Content for the handbook. From this document, you will be able to access all the parts of the handbook, including the forms. This newly created file folder includes links to forms within the handbook, as well as links to web addresses.

NOTE: Whether you have followed the steps 1, 2 or 3 to access the handbook, do not split up the files after it downloads or the links will not work properly.
